170 Foundational Stretches + Volume 1
Therapeutic Stretch Specialist Level 1 is an intensive course that teaches human anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to stretching. You’ll learn 170+ therapeutic stretches, including foam rolling techniques, and how to cue proper technique. Upon completion, you’ll be able to offer therapeutic stretch classes for seniors, rehabilitation clients, and athletes.
170 Foundational Stretches + Volume 2
To continue to Master Therapeutic Stretch Specialist Level 2, you must first complete Level 1. In Level 2, you’ll learn how to apply therapeutic stretches to benefit patients and create combinations that work best for various conditions, injury, pain relief, postural alignment, and sports performance. Upon completing the course, you’ll receive a TSTA diploma and license, which enables you to offer therapeutic stretch classes and private sessions, as well as issue diplomas and licenses to students. As a master stretch specialist, you’ll be qualified to work with seniors, rehabilitation clients, and athletes.
